This Blog is a tool for my friends and for myself, to learn how to save more while getting more. Being on a tight budget forces your to learn things you may not have even cared about before. Once you start saving though, you start to see the beauty!

We play the "system" yet, the goal is not to cheat the system. And for that, we are rewarded. You can feel good about truly getting things for FREE. By following the rules we find out there is actually a system in place that rewards consumers. And THAT is what I want to take advantage of. Everything I post is not only realistic (as in anyone, even a beginner, can get these deals) but is also legitimate.

Getting things for free can almost feel wrong. Like you're "getting away" with something. However,  there are rules within the system and if you're not breaking those rules, you're not "getting away" with anything. You're only taking advantage of what manufacturers and stores are offering to the consumer.

So post your own comments and thoughts wherever on the blog. If you have a great deal, please share it! This blog is more a point of reference for a FEW of the deals out there. Hopefully this will inspire you to look for your own deals which are relevant to you.

Saving money is actually something that has to be learned. I learn more every time I attempt it. It is not always simple so there may be times you don't succeed. But by learning the rules and the system, what used to seem like a nuisance will slowly become second nature.

This blog is a learning process in itself! There are so many "deals" and "steals" out there, but I would like to try to keep this as relevant as possible. For things we truly do use on a day-to-day basis and of course, for the fun things we would LIKE to have, but don't usually keep room in our budget for. The focus is for us Arizona peeps - the grocery stores are AZ prices and coupon policies -  but luckily, a lot of other deals work anywhere.
