Walgreens Deals 1/24-1/30

Here are my favorite deals I purchased at Walgreens for this week.

Are you a coffee drinker?
Coffeemate creamers are buy one get one free, prices at $2.50 each.
Use two $1.00 off coupons HERE. Total: $ .25 each
(also print the $1.50 coupons to save for another day)

ALL laundry detergent is $4 for 32 loads. If you've been getting the Sunday paper, there's a $3.00 off two coupon. Total: $2.50 each
(I also had a $2 Register Rewards - we'll talk about more in detail soon- making these $ .25 each)

Pert Plus for Men is 2/$5.00, receive $3 Register Reward (RR)
use $1.50 AND $1.00 Pert Plus coupon from Sunday 1/24 insert.
Pay $2.50 get $3.00 back!

Spend $20 in Pepsi Cola Products, receive a $10 Register Reward.
There are a variety of products you can choose from including Pepsi, Mtn Dew, Doritos, Tostitos Chips, Salsa, Queso. When you spend $20 you will receive a coupon (it will print about 5 seconds after your transaction is complete) for $10 off your next purchase.

So if you buy 8 items for example at $2.50 each, your net total is actually $1.25 each.
If you have any coupons for these items, it will make an even sweeter deal.

Example from my purchase:

2 Bags Doritos
2 bags Stacy's Pita chips
2 Bags Tostitos chips
1 Salsa
1 Queso

I used a $2.oo off Tostitos coupon and (2) $.75 off pita chips. Spent $16.50 out of pocket, but received $10 back for future purchase. Net total for all 8 items: $6.50

(fyi: be careful on the pita chips. Some Walgreens do not have the pita chips synched in their system, but grab an ad from up front and show it at check out. It IS right there in the ad)

The register reward deals are great at Walgreens once you get used to them. Really, if you play your cards right, you don't end up having to "front" the cost too often. Usually I use my Register Rewards to buy other products that also give you Register Rewards. That way, you don't feel like you're paying up front every time. Register Rewards are good on ANY purchase within the store so it IS like cash. There's a few other things to know about the program, but I'll let you know how that works when we cross the need to know.
